Thank you for shopping with Just Kid-in! We want your little one's new outfit to reach you quickly. Here's everything you need to know.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to courier delays. We ship to all pin codes across India.

COD availability is subject to your pin code and will be confirmed at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you don't receive tracking details within 3 business days of your order, contact us at justkidinindia@protonmail.com.

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number before placing your order. Just Kid-in is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect address. If a package is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at justkidinindia@protonmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
